Please review your order carefully before submitting payment, including color/shade selection, length, and gram quantity. Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible if the order has already entered processing or shipping (including dropship orders fulfilled directly to you).
Due to the hygienic and professional-use nature of hair extension products, opened, used, or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged, except where the item is defective or was shipped in error. Custom or made-to-order items (where applicable) are final sale.
