1. Eligibility — Licensed Professionals Only

Anchor & Mane sells wholesale, per-gram hair extensions exclusively to licensed hairstylists. Access to pricing and the ability to purchase are restricted to users who successfully verify a valid cosmetology license during account creation. We reserve the right to request additional verification, suspend, or terminate any account where license information cannot be confirmed or is found to be inaccurate, expired, or fraudulent. Wholesale pricing and product access shown on this Site are not available to the general public.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating a wholesale account, including a valid cosmetology license.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Anchor & Mane may refuse, suspend, or close any account at its discretion, including for suspected misuse, resale outside professional use, or violation of these Terms.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

• All products are priced per gram, as displayed to verified wholesale accounts. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, colors, and availability are accurate, but we do not warrant that all information is error-free.
• Anchor & Mane reserves the right to limit order quantities and to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through our payment provider.
• You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information for every order.
• Sales and applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with applicable law.

5. Shipping

• Anchor & Mane currently ships within the United States only.
• Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Anchor & Mane is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and educational/training materials (including any BYOB Partner$ Program-related materials made available to wholesale accounts) — is the property of Anchor & Mane or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

7. Professional Use & Resale

Products purchased through this Site are intended for use by licensed cosmetology professionals in the course of their professional services. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or use inconsistent with professional cosmetology practice is prohibited and may result in account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchor & Mane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products purchased through it.
